Job Description

  • Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Respond to service requests, incidents, and queries through ticketing tools.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, Office 365, Outlook, and basic networking.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Active Directory.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams.
  • Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Support remote users using remote desktop tools.
  • Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets within SLA.

Pay: ₹9,418.84 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience

  • service desk: 2 years (Required)
