Supply Chain Data Engineer / Lead Data Business Analyst

Location: West Chester, PA (Hybrid/Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Business Analyst / Supply Chain Data Engineer with strong Supply Chain domain expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working with enterprise ERP/Billing platforms. The ideal candidate should have a Business Analyst background with strong SQL, BI, and Data Analytics experience.

Key Responsibilities

Enable analytics for Supply Chain Planning & Forecasting.
Design data models for Inventory, Logistics, Procurement, Fulfillment, and Supplier Performance.
Develop Operational KPIs, Executive Dashboards, and Inventory Analytics.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Support Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lineage, and Metadata Management.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Teams, and Supply Chain Leaders.
Mentor junior Data Engineers and Business Analysts.

Required Skills

8+ years of IT experience.
Strong Business Analyst background.
Supply Chain domain experience.
Advanced SQL and Data Analysis.
BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Data Modeling.
Data Governance & Data Lineage.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
Experience with ERP/Billing product companies is highly preferred (Amdocs, Suntec, CSG, ADP, Oracle, or similar).
