We are currently seeking an energetic and well-spoken candidate to join our Inside Sales Team. The position is a Full-Time, permanent position within our company. Essential Job Functions

• Join the team that manages the front end of the sales funnel for the company — initiating prospective client cold calls and outbound emails — documenting progress and results in CRM.
• Perform information gathering phone calls and emails to prospective leads and gain insight into the correct contacts within an organization.
• Perform research on prospects daily to provide up-to-date information for Sales.
• Responsible for performing a set amount of lead generation activity phone calls and emails as assigned by the VP of Marketing, Sales, and Systems per day, per week, per month.
• Work with the VP of Marketing, Sales, and Systems and the CRM Manager to aid in lead generation and campaign maintenance

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in a fast-paced call center - Service and Solution based
• Basic writing skills (creative & business) composing emails that may be either detailed and thorough or concise and captivating
• Critical thinking and drive for new knowledge
• Organizational Skills
• Ability to effectively manage time, schedules, and objectives
• Must have intermediate computer technology proficiency to type documents, create spreadsheets, and maintain CRM data
• Ability to take high-level ideas and turn them into action items
• Experience with Salesforce CRM a +
