Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our clinic, responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience from check-in to check-out. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Handle front desk patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Verify insurance information and conduct demographic intake.
- Manage intake paperwork and enter data into the EMR system.
- Answer inbound calls and address patient questions and concerns.
- Coordinate closely with the PT team to manage daily schedules.
Essential Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a medical office or a similar.
- Proficient in customer service within a healthcare setting.
- Skilled in insurance verification.
- Able to proactively solve problems and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Possess an outgoing personality to represent the clinic effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in medical front desk, clinic, or healthcare administration.
- Experience in PT, orthopedics, or specialty clinic settings is preferred.
Work Environment
You will join a team of two people in this role and report to the PT Supervisor. The work environment is dynamic, requiring coordination with various team members to ensure a cohesive operation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raritan, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
