Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and clients. This role requires strong integration expertise, adherence to Agile and DevOps practices, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Work on Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations and support CRM-triggered marketing use cases.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including Marketing Cloud.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Follow SDLC processes and contribute to release planning and deployment cycles.
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Role Requirements and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Salesforce Development.
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge on Integration (REST/SOAP APIs) is a must.
• Direct experience of Agile development methodology along with SDLC/DevOps practices.
• Good communication skills and direct client-facing experience.
