Job Description

Minimum 810 years of experience in healthcare quality management, with at least 1.5 years in a leadership role overseeing MRR/ROI
RHIA, CHPS, CPC, or equivalent HIM/compliance certification required.
Expert-level knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Rule, Security Rule, Breach Notification Rule, and healthcare data governance.
Demonstrated experience managing HIPAA compliance programs, PHI incident response, and regulatory audit readiness.
Proficiency in quality management tools, data analytics platforms, and root cause analysis frameworks.
Strong executive communication, client management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or similar quality management standards preferred.
Shift - AR shift (Candidate must be willing to work in both night shift (AR) and day shift, as the operations manager will assign shift timings based on business needs. No transportation will be arranged in Dayshift)
