Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Systems Specialist to assist with the installation and maintenance of our Task Management Solution developed on Microsoft's Power Platform. This proven solution has been in use by our Department of Defense clients across the globe for over 16 years. In this role, you will work with a variety of technologies including PowerApps, Power Platform, Dynamics, SharePoint, SQL, Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, Entra ID, load balancing, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues from clients and other system engineers.
• Manage client expectations regarding deployment processes, solution functionalities, and timelines.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Azure solution architectures.
• Support testing of new releases and updates to installation documentation.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to refine and contribute to Product Roadmaps.
• Identify organizational impacts of technical solution architecture.
• Provide technical leadership to the engineering team when required.
• Share expert knowledge of product architecture, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for business, operations, and technology teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Windows Server technology administration and maintenance.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL Server or T-SQL queries (writing/debugging).
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft SaaS, including one or more platforms: PowerApps, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Dataverse.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active CompTIA SECURITY+ certification (or a higher certification).
• Microsoft PowerApps certification (PL-900, PL-200, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerShell, focusing on automation.
• Experience in MS Active Directory design and implementation.

Eligibility Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship required; dual citizens are not eligible.
• Must be eligible for a Secret clearance; an Active Secret clearance is preferred.

Compensation: Salary for this role ranges from $88,600 to $178,600 USD, depending on factors like office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
