Must have skills : Microsoft Copilot Studio Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the integration of ethical considerations into artificial intelligence initiatives. This role requires guiding teams to develop and implement AI solutions that adhere to established ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The position demands active collaboration across various departments to ensure that AI technologies are deployed responsibly and effectively. Leadership responsibilities include fostering a culture of ethical awareness and promoting best practices in AI development and usage throughout the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to integrate ethical guidelines into AI project workflows and deliverables. - Mentor and support junior team members to build their understanding of responsible AI principles. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies related to AI ethics. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio. - Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements. - Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions with a focus on transparency and fairness. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders. - Skilled in identifying and addressing ethical challenges in AI development and implementation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
