The Work:

Support SharePoint content management and user experience for a federal EHRM program. Gather requirements, manage site content, and ensure alignment with Knowledge Management and reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SharePoint content and ensure proper metadata tagging.
• Gather requirements and support site design improvements.
• Assist with permissions management and user onboarding.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users.
• Support meeting facilitation, tracking of action items, and capture meeting minutes.
• Provide artifact development support in a variety of formats (Word, PowerPoint).

Requirements

• Microsoft SharePoint Administration experience
• Content Management experience
• Information Architectures experience
• US - Person
