Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Psychologist role based in Dialpur. The Licensed Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and individualized treatment planning for clients across diverse age groups and backgrounds. Daily responsibilities include providing counseling and psychotherapy, monitoring client progress, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring adherence to professional and legal standards. The role also involves collaborating with medical and allied health professionals, participating in case conferences, and contributing to community outreach or psychoeducation programs as needed. The psychologist is expected to uphold ethical guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and support a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based theories and interventions.
• Demonstrated skills in Counseling, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and supportive communication.
• Proficiency in Psychological Assessment, including administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized tools.
• Understanding of Medicine-related aspects of mental health care, especially related to substance use disorder, and ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals.
• Recognized license or registration to practice as a Psychologist, in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution. RCI certification is a must.
• Strong ethical judgment, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to non-discriminatory, trauma-informed practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work on-site full time or part time in Dialpur, manage a clinical caseload, and maintain organized, accurate records.
• Prior experience in clinical, hospital, or community mental health settings is highly beneficial.
