Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer – Control & Relay Panels

Location: Mandideep About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the design and development of control and relay panels in accordance with applicable IEC and IS standards. This role requires strong fundamentals in electrical engineering, hands-on experience with panel design, and the ability to deliver accurate and reliable solutions that meet project and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design control and relay panels following IEC, IS, and project-specific standards.
• Read, interpret, and analyze technical specifications, datasheets, and project requirements.
• Prepare schematic diagrams, wiring layouts, and panel drawings using AutoCAD/Electrical AutoCAD.
• Select appropriate electrical components, relays, and accessories for panel designs.
• Ensure designs are compliant with safety, quality, and client standards.
• Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Review and update existing panel designs for modifications and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation, including design records, BOMs, and technical reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 3+ years

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Electrical AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of IEC, IS standards, and electrical design principles.
• Knowledge of protection relays, contactors, circuit breakers, and control components.
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication.
