Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Data Pipeline Development

• Develop and fine-tune data processing pipelines within Databricks.
• Implement performance optimization techniques for Spark workloads.

Integration with Analytics Teams

• Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to integrate data solutions.
• Support data architecture initiatives leveraging Databricks technologies.

System Support and Troubleshooting

• Provide operational support for Databricks-based platforms.
• Resolve performance and reliability issues across data pipelines.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing

• Document technical processes and system behavior.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions and mentor team members.

Governance and Security Implementation

• Establish and enforce data governance and security protocols within Databricks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and data management standards.
