Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences. Automotive and sales experience is necessary.

Duties

-Selling all jobs answering phones and quoting work

  • Oversee and manage the customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer service experience
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback for continuous improvement
