• Create work instructions and update supplemental planning documents
• Define tooling and fixtures for assembly processes
• Collaborate on process optimization initiatives
• Manage Engineering Change Requests and NCR dispositions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
• Minimum five years of Aerospace manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of aircraft systems and fabrication
• Familiarity with ERP systems and engineering documentation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
