Your ability to work across multiple teams will be essential for continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance daily manufacturing processes for aircraft delivery
- Create work instructions and update supplemental planning documents
- Define tooling and fixtures for assembly processes
- Collaborate on process optimization initiatives
- Manage Engineering Change Requests and NCR dispositions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
- Minimum five years of Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of aircraft systems and fabrication
- Familiarity with ERP systems and engineering documentation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
