Job description
We are looking for a reliable Carpenter / Construction Laborer to join our team. The work includes residential remodeling projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, framing, trim work, and general construction tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on carpentry work (framing, drywall, trim, and general remodeling)
- Read plans and execute work according to drawings and specifications
- Monitor quality of work and ensure high standards are maintained
- Identify and solve jobsite issues independently
- Communicate with project manager and provide progress updates
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of residential remodeling experience (framing, drywall, trim/finish)
- Ability to read plans and work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on-site
Preferred (not required):
- Basic knowledge of electrical work
- Basic plumbing experience
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus

Based on experience
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Occasional Saturdays as needed
