Role: Customer service (Chat process) CTC Offered: 25k (Freshers) Additional perks: 5k night allowance + Travel allowance OR Drop facility Duties &
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to provide prompt and accurate assistance
- Address queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Amend customer bookings as per requests while following company policies
- Identify and resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when required
- Communicate with clients via Teams for updates, queries, and feedback Required Skills
- Good command of English with strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and reporting
- Typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Good time management and prioritization ability
- Attention to detail with an analytical approach
- Candidate should be comfortable doing rotational shifts Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of airline/hotel contract terminology
- Prior experience in airline or hotel reservation roles (preferred) Educational Qualifications
- Graduate in any field
- B.Com / BBA / BA / Travel & Tourism Management preferred
