Job Description

Role: Customer service (Chat process)

CTC Offered: 25k (Freshers)

Additional perks: 5k night allowance + Travel allowance OR Drop facility

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via live chat to provide prompt and accurate assistance
  • Address queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Amend customer bookings as per requests while following company policies
  • Identify and resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when required
  • Communicate with clients via Teams for updates, queries, and feedback

Required Skills

  • Good command of English with strong communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and reporting
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Good time management and prioritization ability
  • Attention to detail with an analytical approach
  • Candidate should be comfortable doing rotational shifts

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of airline/hotel contract terminology
  • Prior experience in airline or hotel reservation roles (preferred)

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field
  • B.Com / BBA / BA / Travel & Tourism Management preferred
