Learn more about working at Ledcor – watch here Essential Responsibilities: Comprehend drawings to prepare layouts including selecting materials, planning sequences and methods of work, and measuring and marking materials to avoid costly mistakes or omissions Understand concrete forming and engineered forming systems to accurately build concrete forms Skilled with traditional and engineered forming systems Check completed units to be sure they are level, square, plumb, and the right size, shape, and location Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and within project deadlines, following Ledcor’s high standards for safety and quality Qualifications / Requirements: Journeyperson Carpenter ticket from a recognized provincial training authority Non-ticketed carpenters must have 4+ years’ experience Apprentice Carpenters (levels 1-4) must be registered with a provincial training authority Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing Valid government ID Project online orientations must be completed Work Conditions: Work schedule: 10 days on, and 4 days off Extended health benefits provided by CLAC Weekly payment of wages Additional Information Ledcor builds and maintains infrastructure in various industries including oil and gas, transportation, and mining.
