This is a high-impact role where you will contribute to critical projects that drive platform scalability, optimize performance, and improve system reliability for a global customer base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work with modern technologies to solve complex engineering challenges. Your contributions will play a key role in ensuring seamless and reliable customer experiences. Key Responsibilities : <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and reliable backend systems.</li> <li class="li1">Build distributed services capable of handling large-scale datasets and high-throughput workloads.</li> <li class="li1">Optimize system performance, reliability, and availability across the platform.</li> <li class="li1">Collaborate with product managers, data teams, and other engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.</li> <li class="li1">Contribute to architectural decisions and help improve engineering best practices.</li> <li class="li1">Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production systems.</li> </ul> Required Qualifications :  <ul class="ul2"> <li class="li1">5+ years of industry experience in software engineering, preferably in technology-focused organizations or start-up environments.</li> <li class="li1">Strong hands-on experience building large-scale distributed systems.</li> <li class="li1">Experience working with large datasets (tens of millions of documents or more).</li> <li class="li1">Experience with in-memory caching systems such as Redis.</li> <li class="li1">Experience with distributed NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch, Cassandra, HBase, or MongoDB.</li> <li class="li1">Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Golang or Python.</li> <li class="li1">Ability to design and work with complex business workflows and high-volume data processing systems.</li> <li class="li1">Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">Our Benefits:  Full-time employees can take advantage of health coverage, paid parental leave, generous paid time-off and holidays, quarterly self-care days off, and stock options.
