You will bridge the gap between complex data-driven requirements and high-performance user interfaces. This role is for a visionary engineer who can build sophisticated frontend abstractions, define best-class engineering standards, and work as a peer to Product Design to deliver world-class AI-driven experiences.  What will you own : <ul> <li>Product Collaboration: Work closely with Product Designers to translate high-fidelity designs into fluid, responsive, and accessible 6sense products. </li> <li>Systemic Abstractions: Design and build efficient, reusable frontend abstractions and systems that empower the entire engineering team to build faster and more consistently. </li> <li>Performance & Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks (e.g., rendering lag, bundle size, data-fetching efficiency) to ensure a premium user experience. </li> <li>Performance Engineering: Define and monitor Core Web Vitals. Solve complex performance bottlenecks related to bundle size, rendering patterns (SSR/ISR), and browser memory management. </li> <li>Technical Governance: Lead design and code reviews with a focus on long-term maintainability. Identify, document, and communicate frontend best practices across the organization. </li> <li>Cross-Pollination: Actively interact with other team members to incorporate their innovations into the front-end ecosystem and vice versa, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. </li> <li>Quality Leadership: Oversee the testing strategy, ensuring robust coverage across unit, integration, and E2E layers. </li> <li>Mentorship & Influence: Conduct high-level code reviews, write RFCs, and mentor Senior/Lead engineers. Influence the broader engineering organization’s roadmap. </li> <li>Modern Standards: Stay at the forefront of the ecosystem (e.g., React Server Components, AI-augmented development) and strategically decide when to adopt new technologies. </li> <li>Leverage generative AI and AI coding tools to accelerate developer productivity, engineering workflows, and automation of repetitive tasks</li> </ul> Our Frontend Stack:  <ul> <li>Framework & Language: React + TypeScript </li> <li>Testing: Playwright (E2E) + Jest (Unit/Integration) </li> <li>Styling: CSS / SCSS / CSS Modules </li> <li>Component Documentation: Storybook </li> </ul> What we're looking for :  <ul> <li>Staff-Level Expertise: Extensive experience (10+ years) in frontend engineering, with a mastery of React and TypeScript. </li> <li>Architectural Thinking: Proven ability to build "internal products" (libraries, hooks, components) used by other developers. </li> <li>Testing Mastery: Deep experience with Playwright for resilient E2E flows and Jest for comprehensive unit testing. </li> <li>Styling & Design Systems: Expert knowledge of CSS/SCSS and CSS Modules. Experience using Storybook to maintain and scale a living design system. </li> <li>Analytical Mindset: Ability to profile browser performance and optimize complex React component trees. </li> <li>Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical trade-offs to both engineers and designers. </li> <li>Understanding of AI-native software development practices, including automated code generation, AI-driven testing, and human-in-the-loop review systems</li> <li>Proven ability to adopt and drive modern engineering paradigms, particularly integrating AI into development workflows to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">Our Benefits:  Full-time employees can take advantage of health coverage, paid parental leave, generous paid time-off and holidays, quarterly self-care days off, and stock options.
