They are also responsible for development of customer data, product and usage data, and development of 6sense data-assets, alongside managing stakeholder relationships for a product area. Responsibilities & Accountabilities :  <ul> <li>Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end: scope, execution, milestones, risks, communication, and measurable outcomes aligned to core data strategy </li> <li>Design measurable and actionable KPIs and metrics that empower product teams to understand the health and performance of proprietary data assets powering 6sense applications </li> <li>Think beyond dashboards : enabling agentic, self-serve BI experiences that democratize data-driven decision-making </li> <li>Enable self-serve analytics through documentation, lineage, data discovery, and stakeholder enablement for product and GTM teams </li> <li>Build internal tooling and automation using APIs and agentic workflows (e.g., Bedrock, Windsurf) to accelerate development, debugging, and data operations </li> <li>Leverage agentic tools (Copilot, Hex, Windsurf, etc.) to standardize analytics engineering workflows (code generation with guardrails, test creation, documentation) and improve team throughput </li> <li>Design, build, and own scalable analytics pipelines that reliably process billions of rows with strong performance, quality, and SLAs </li> <li>Own partner/provider data evaluation by defining benchmarking frameworks (coverage, accuracy, freshness, and cost), and collaborate with Product and Engineering to build efficient, resilient ingestion pipelines </li> <li>Partner with Data Platform/Engineering to improve performance and cost efficiency through query optimization and warehouse best practices </li> <li>Collaborate with leadership to design state-of-the-art analytics processes for your team </li> <li>Synthesize and communicate insights across the company, tailoring the message from ICs to executive leadership to drive decisions. Socialize insights broadly and effectively - from team forums to executive readouts, ensuring learnings translate into measurable action. </li> </ul> Performance Measurement :  <ul> <li>Drive impactful analytical initiatives within the assigned feature area or product teams, delivering insights that support product and business decisions. </li> <li>Maintain thorough documentation of analytical processes, insights, and methodologies, and contribute to improving operational processes for efficiency and transparency. </li> <li>Conceptualize and execute high-value analytical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cross-functional collaboration. </li> <li>Identify opportunities to enhance team efficiency and collaboration, ensuring smooth stakeholder communication and alignment on deliverables. </li> <li>Provide timely communication of insights and recommendations, on Pager Duty and stakeholder requests.</li> </ul> Competencies and Behaviours :  <ul> <li>Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all data-related tasks. </li> <li>Curiosity and learning agility : deeply curious about the business and how revenue is generated. Curious and quick to adopt evolving tools and ways of working </li> <li>Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering insights. </li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. </li> <li>Critical thinking and problem-solving, using data to drive decision-making. </li> <li>Proficiency in Python, SQL, big-data, BI tools like tableau, knowledge of how APIs work etc.</li> </ul> Educational and Experience Requirements :  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a technical or math-based discipline, or equivalent practical experience. </li> <li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analytics or engineering. </li> <li>Expert-level SQL knowledge, with proficiency in large-scale data manipulation and performance optimization. </li> <li>Strong experience leading cross-functional projects from ideation through execution. </li> <li>Some development experience with data architecture, pipelines, and ETL processes. </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">Our Benefits:  Full-time employees can take advantage of health coverage, paid parental leave, generous paid time-off and holidays, quarterly self-care days off, and stock options.
