Role Description The Sr Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North, focused on driving property sales and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and advising clients on suitable residential, commercial, and retail options. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closure, including documentation support and coordination with internal teams and partners. The Sr Sales Associate will track market trends, maintain an updated pipeline in CRM tools, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaigns, events, and promotional activities is also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year real estate sales exp mandatory
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in real estate or related customer-facing industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust, handle client queries, and present properties effectively.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets in Bengaluru North, including residential, commercial, and retail segments.
- Comfort with using technology, including CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and basic MS Office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and transactions, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Customer-centric mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site, conduct regular field visits, and be flexible with schedules as per client and business needs.
