Coordinate with QA partners to set testing expectations, managing test plans, specific requests, triage issues, and guarantee show-stopping bugs are dealt with efficiently.

  • Risk & Capacity Escalation: Recognize critical-path development issues, team capacity problems, or allocation bottlenecks, and escalate them appropriately to the production and dev teams.

Who you are:

  • Proactive Problem Solver: A self-starter driven to own challenges from start to finish, tackle problems with an appropriate sense of urgency, ask questions, identify when clarity is needed, and find the best path forward.

  • Collaborative & Approachable: Consistently professional, respectful, and skilled at building strong relationships at every level. You understand how to balance a fast-paced environment against the need for a healthy, engaged team.
