The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity. What Learning Development and Delivery contributes to Cardinal Health Learning develops, deploys and evaluates learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability in alignment to business strategies. This function analyzes learning needs and develops training curricula, technologies, and programs. This function also manages trainings provided by third-parties and partners with leaders and subject matter experts within functions and business units to deliver learning. Learning Development and Delivery provides instructor-led trainings and manages training processes to maximize the value that employees gain from learning solutions. This job family delivers training materials including presentations, guides and manuals, and course evaluations and coordinate training schedules based on training needs. Qualifications 6+ years of experience, preferred High School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience, preferred What is expected of you and others at this level Takes the lead in effectively applying and teaching new processes and skills in order to accomplish a wide variety of assignments Comprehensive knowledge in technical or specialty area Ability to apply knowledge beyond own areas of expertise Performs the most complex and technically challenging work within area of specialization Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions for team Works independently to interpret and apply company procedures to complete work Provides guidance to less experienced team members May have team leader responsibilities but does not formally supervise Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
