Production Supervisor (Evening Shift)

Description Join a manufacturing team undergoing transformation where your impact will be direct and visible. You will lead an operational team focused on optimizing and modernizing processes to improve efficiency and agility. Your mission is to ensure smooth daily operations while enhancing performance to support business growth and improve customer experience. Responsibilities Lead and manage the production team Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Ensure product quality and operational efficiency Monitor project progress and delivery timelines Plan and coordinate workforce and resources Manage employees in accordance with HR policies and agreements Lead change management initiatives Establish and enforce operational standards and procedures Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field Five years of experience in management or manufacturing environments Experience in continuous improvement Knowledge of Lean principles Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Experience in complex or transformation environments Knowledge of health and safety practices in production Preferred Qualifications Ability to lead teams through change Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative Results-oriented approach Ability to work in a dynamic environment Experience in unionized environments Bilingual French-English Benefits Group insurance Telemedicine Employee Assistance Program Employee stock purchase plan Group RRSP Defined benefit pension plan Sabbatical leave Enhanced parental leave #LI-IT1 About CAE At CAE, our mission is clear: to help make the world a safer place.
