0 to 100 Learn Academy is a rapidly growing platform focused on spoken English and communication skills training for working professionals mostly and college students across India.

We conduct structured 1:1 live communication sessions designed to improve confidence, fluency, workplace communication, interview skills, and overall personality development.

As our student base continues to grow, we are hiring committed trainers who are looking for stable teaching hours, long-term collaboration, and professional growth.

Compensation

₹80–₹150 per hour

(based on communication skills, demo performance, consistency, audit quality, and student feedback)

Average earning potential (part-time):

₹10,000–₹18,000+ per month depending on availability, batch allocation, and performance.

Availability Requirement

Minimum 4 hours daily (Mon–Sat)

Evening availability between 7 PM – 12 AM is strongly preferred due to peak student demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 English communication and fluency sessions
• Follow academy teaching SOPs and demo structure
• Submit student feedback forms regularly
• Track student progress and learning consistency
• Participate in audit/review meetings whenever required
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and class quality
• Collaborate with the Student Success Team for smooth student experience
• Be open to continuous training, feedback, and improvement

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Good spoken English and communication clarity
• Patient, polite, and empathetic teaching approach
• Reliable internet connection and basic technical skills
• Consistent and responsible work ethic
• Trainers from diverse language backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Candidates comfortable with Hindi and regional languages will be preferred
• Looking for long-term collaboration rather than short-term freelancing
