An elite strategic closer who is comfortable operating independently, sourcing their own leads, managing the full sales process, and closing high-trust conversations with founders.

Structure
- Part-time, fully remote
- Commission-only
(based on closed deals, no base salary)
- You source leads, qualify, pre-sell, and close
- Sales pipeline managed exclusively in the company CRM
Context
Back2Control is a strategic operating system for founders running complex, multi-layered businesses.
This role starts in a pre-sales and validation phase and is intended to support early-stage market validation, with the option to grow into a longer-term partnership if alignment is mutual.
