This is a remote U.S. role requiring EST working hours, reporting to the PS Manager within the Professional Services, Public Sector department.</p> <p data-path-to-node="1">You will assist clients in implementing, setting up, and managing their Zscaler solution throughout the project lifecycle. Maintenance of this clearance is a condition of continued employment.</strong></span></li> <li data-path-to-node="7,1,0">6+ years of experience as a Resident Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, Architect, or Support Engineer</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,2,0">Deep familiarity with IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, and DNS protocols, Proxy, SSL Inspection, and authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP, or SCIM</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,3,0">Proven experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration of routers, firewalls, IPS/IDS, and various operating systems (macOS, iOS, Android, Linux, Windows)</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,4,0">Technical proficiency in network troubleshooting using tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, and Traceroute</li> </ul> <p data-path-to-node="8"><strong data-path-to-node="8" data-index-in-node="0">What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)</strong></p> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="9,0,0">Direct experience with US Government and DoD/DoW programs and acquisitions</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,1,0">Expertise with Zscaler solutions, cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), and Hypervisors like VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,2,0">Relevant industry certifications including CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSA, CISSP, or CCSP</li> </ul> <p data-path-to-node="10">#LI-Remote #LI-RL2</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
