This role is based in Costa Rica with hybrid flexibility to accommodate team and manager needs, <strong>reporting to the Quote Support Manager-Americas. </strong>Working collaboratively with Go-To-Market teams, the Quote Support Advisor supports Sales by ensuring appropriate quote structure and providing guidance with a focus on financial and revenue compliance. Our ideal candidate is a high-energy, team-first, value-add business partner who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do (Role Expectations)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ on Salesforce CPQ, quote and deal process</li> <li>Collaborate with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Product, Pricing, and Sales to drive deal accuracy and efficiency through sales process</li> <li>Assist and guide Sales on sku/product configuration, quote structuring, standard corporate, financial, and sales policies</li> <li>Cultivate internal relationships at all levels of your coverage</li> <li>User acceptance testing when new quote processes and/or system functionality are implemented</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are (Success Profile)</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>You thrive in ambiguity. </strong>You're comfortable building the path as you walk it. You maintain composure and focus in high-pressure situations, guiding yourself and your team through complexity with a steady, positive hand.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Go-To Market and System Support teams</li> <li>3+ years experience in a Sales Operations Support, Quote Support or Order Management</li> <li>Results driven with excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, dependable with deliverables and deadlines, and able to make tough decisions to solve problems</li> <li>Active listener and effective communicator – written and verbal,&nbsp; in person and virtual</li> <li>Proficient with Salesforce.com, Quote applications (preferably CPQ), MS Office, and G-suite</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in High-Tech/SaaS industry</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance or a related field</li> </ul> <p>#LI-Hybrid&nbsp; #LI-DS9</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p data-pm-slice="1 3 []">At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
