You will own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), with a strong focus on secure remote access, identity and security use cases, and continuously improving the ZPA administration experience through actionable insights and simplified management</p> <h4><strong>What you’ll do (Role Expectations)</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for ZPA platform capabilities aligned to business goals and customer needs</li> <li>Own the ongoing improvement of the ZPA admin experience, delivering effortless management, simplified control, and meaningful insights</li> <li>Write clear, detailed product requirements and manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through end-of-life</li> <li>Partner closely with Engineering, UX/Design, and Systems Engineering to solve complex customer problems</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to launch products successfully and drive adoption</li> <li>Serve as an internal subject matter expert, enable and support sales and other internal stakeholders through training and guidance</li> <li>Engage directly with customers to understand challenges, validate solutions, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities</li> <li>Conduct competitor and market analysis, staying current on trends in Zero Trust private application access, expansion, and integration opportunities</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Who You Are (Success Profile)</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Customer-obsessed and able to translate real-world pain points into clear product direction and requirements</li> <li>Data-driven and UX-minded, using insights to continuously improve admin workflows and usability</li> <li>Comfortable navigating complex technical domains and aligning diverse stakeholders toward outcomes</li> <li>Strong communicator who can clearly articulate strategy, trade-offs, and product value to technical and non-technical audiences</li> <li>Analytical and structured in problem-solving, able to drive clarity in ambiguous environments</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)</strong></h4> <ul> <li>7–10 years of product management experience, with significant focus on secure access and/or cybersecurity</li> <li>Strong technical foundation in policy and network security technologies such as VPN, ZTNA/Zero Trust, authentication/identity, public cloud, and networking concepts</li> <li>Proven experience writing high-quality product requirements and driving end-to-end product delivery</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results through influence</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Experience with cloud-based security platforms; familiarity with Zscaler offerings is a plus</li> <li>Proven track record of improving admin or console experiences using data analysis and UX best practices</li> <li>Experience driving integration/expansion opportunities and conducting competitive analysis in the Zero Trust space</li> <li>Strong customer-facing experience (discovery, validation, and feedback loops) with enterprise buyers and admins</li> </ul> <p>#LI-Hybrid #LI-NT1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p data-pm-slice="1 3 []">At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
