We are now recruiting a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Support Level 2 Specialist to join our client's dynamic technology environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex IT issues, maintaining system performance, and ensuring reliable IT operations across corporate offices, production facilities, and remote user environments.
The role:
1. your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional Tier 2 IT support to the internal users of the company,addressing their IT inquiries, requests, and incidents promptly through tickets

Requirements: ( Contract to Tiktok)
- Computer Technology related degree
- 2-5 years IT support or desktop support experience, experience
- Working knowledge of Windows & MacOS, iOS & Android, networking and video conference technologies
- Excellent communication who can explain complicated IT problems to non-technical individual
- Excellent customer service skills with polite manners and able to handle pressure from frustrated users.
- Strong IT troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Great team player who can work in a collaborative culture
- Self-motivate, open-to-learn and be receptive to change and improvement
- Ability to manage and prioritise own tasks and helpdesk issues
