Channel manager & PMS integration

Role Overview

We are looking for a Property Acquisition Manager to drive supply growth for Zomestay by identifying and onboarding high-quality hospitality properties.

You will be responsible for finding new properties, pitching Zomestay’s value proposition, and closing partnerships with property owners.

Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Acquisition

Identify and acquire villas, resorts, homestays, and boutique hotels
Build a strong pipeline of property leads
Conduct market research in key tourist destinations

Sales & Owner Pitching

Reach out to property owners via calls, meetings, and site visits
Present Zomestay’s revenue model and growth benefits
Negotiate and close partnership deals

Pipeline & Growth Management

Track leads from prospecting to onboarding
Maintain acquisition reports and CRM updates
Achieve monthly property acquisition targets

Onboarding Coordination

Work with internal teams to onboard new properties
Ensure listing readiness, documentation, and go-live

Required Skills

Strong sales, negotiation & closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
Experience in lead generation and field sales
Understanding of hospitality or real estate market
Target-driven and self-motivated

Preferred Experience

Experience in hospitality sales / real estate / property consulting
Familiarity with OTA platforms like
Booking.com
Airbnb
Agoda

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Hospitality
2–5 years experience in Business Development / Property Acquisition
