As a CRM Development Lead at our company, you will be leading an agile CRM team to build exceptional applications that meet evolving requirements while enhancing the Global field-facing Salesforce environment. Working closely with the CRM Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and estimating features and functionality on Salesforce. Your responsibilities will include leading the team in the technical delivery of changes, requiring extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience and agile team leadership skills. Your technical and functional expertise will be essential in ensuring a seamless client interaction and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

  • Collaborate with the CRM Architect to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform (15%)
  • Review and approve code from developers to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and company design patterns (10%)
  • Participate in all aspects of the development workstream, including story design, estimation, prioritization, testing, and deployment (10%)
  • Accurately estimate work effort and establish realistic development schedules (10%)
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for features (10%)
  • Maintain effective business relations, deliver timely information, and identify/report problems and delays promptly (5%)

  • *Education and Experience:**
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
  • 8 years of experience with Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Design System, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools like Lightning Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder
  • *Technical Skills Requirements:**
  • Experience managing a team of developers in an agile DevOps delivery model
  • Proficiency in developing applications on the Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Design System, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design, and software development lifecycle
  • Experience with Agile methodology, DevOps framework, and API design and development
  • In-depth knowledge of Apex programming concepts, design patterns, and integration with Salesforce products
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce product suite, integrations, and design patterns
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder, Administrator, Platform Developer I and II, Lightning Component Framework Specialist, etc.

Availability to work between 1pm IST to 10pm IST hours with a minimum of 3 hours overlap with US ET Time zone
