Data Analyst – Zoho Analytics

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Zoho Analytics to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in dashboard creation, data visualization, MIS reporting, and the ability to convert raw data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decisions.
• Create MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and performance tracking reports.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including CRM, ERP, and third-party applications.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from business data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and business objectives.
• Automate reporting processes wherever possible.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis and Reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Analytics.
• Good knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience in creating interactive dashboards and custom reports.
• Understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and reporting structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zoho ecosystem products such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, or other ERP/CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau will be an added advantage.
• Experience in API integration and data automation is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
