Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Montreal, QC. The responsibilities include developing and managing social media strategies, creating engaging content for various platforms, analyzing social media performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns with company goals. The specialist will actively engage with online audiences and ensure that the brand voice is consistently reflected across all channels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing concepts
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Creativity and ability to produce engaging, on-brand content
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently
• Knowledge of trends in social media and audience engagement strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the service or tech industry is a plus
