We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager - Warehouse.
Incredible opportunity to work in the Operations team at a high-growth quick commerce startup to drive meaningful impact.
This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ. You must be based in NCR or Gurgon.

Plan and launch key operational projects across warehouses and fulfillment centers pan-India, including last-mile delivery pilots and central process rollouts.
Design optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency.
Define and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to drive productivity and reduce order processing time.
Lead end-to-end setup and expansion of new warehouses and micro-fulfillment centers — from vendor coordination (racking, labeling, equipment) to timely go-live.
Forecast manpower requirements and build staffing models across all warehouse functions based on order volumes, SKU mix, and peak demand.

Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred.
6–10 years in operations, program management, or supply chain, with hands-on experience in process design, SLA adherence, and supply chain costs.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards; proven ability to manage teams and stakeholders independently.
High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to travel for ground-level execution.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment and willingness to travel to execute projects on the ground.
High ownership mindset with the drive to take initiatives from concept to execution.
