About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative, emotionally intelligent, and production-minded Creative Producer to lead and oversee the full creative execution of luxury wedding celebrations.

This role combines the leadership of a live event producer, entertainment director, creative consultant, and storytelling architect into one unforgettable guest experience. The Creative Producer serves as the primary Entertainment Producer on wedding days while coordinating the execution of all creative elements — including music, lighting, decor, florals, photography, film, livestream production, and photo booth experiences.

This individual will work directly with couples from the beginning of the planning journey through the wedding day itself, helping uncover and translate their desired vibe, emotional tone, personality, and love story into a fully produced wedding experience.

The ideal candidate has a strong background as a DJ/Emcee and thrives in high-energy environments where emotional storytelling, flawless logistics, and exceptional hospitality come together.

This is not simply an event management role — it is an experience production role.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForClient Vision & Experience Development

• Lead couples through a collaborative creative vision process from start to finish
• Discover and document each couple’s desired vibe, atmosphere, priorities, and emotional goals for the celebration
• Translate the couple’s personality and love story into a cohesive wedding vision
• Develop and oversee:
• The wedding design plan
• The entertainment run of show
• The emotional storyboard of the couple’s love story and guest experience
• Guide couples in making creative decisions that align with both emotional impact and production feasibility
• Build trusted relationships with clients while creating an exciting, reassuring planning experience

Entertainment Production

• Serve as the lead DJ/Emcee for wedding celebrations
• Create and direct the emotional flow, pacing, and energy of the event
• Coordinate ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after-party entertainment
• Manage timelines, announcements, transitions, and crowd engagement
• Curate music experiences tailored to each couple’s vision and personality

Creative Direction & Design Execution

• Oversee the implementation of wedding design concepts
• Coordinate floral, decor, lighting, and ambiance execution with creative partners and internal teams
• Ensure all visual elements align with the couple’s vision and brand standards
• Conduct final creative walkthroughs before guest arrival
• Ensure the aesthetic, emotional tone, and guest experience remain cohesive throughout the celebration

Memory Capture Production

• Lead coordination between photography, videography, livestream, content creation, and photo booth teams
• Ensure key emotional moments are captured intentionally and artistically
• Direct communication flow between entertainment and media teams during live events
• Oversee production timing for special moments, entrances, dances, speeches, and exits
• Collaborate with the Digital Studio team to ensure the couple’s story is captured authentically and cinematically

Event Leadership & Team Management

• Act as the central creative leader on wedding days
• Lead pre-event production meetings and day-of creative briefings
• Manage vendors and internal teams with professionalism and calm under pressure
• Problem-solve quickly while maintaining a high-end guest experience
• Maintain consistent communication with couples throughout the planning process

QualificationsRequired

• 3+ years experience as a professional DJ/Emcee for weddings or live events
• Strong understanding of wedding production, timelines, and guest flow
• Experience leading live event teams in high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Strong creative consultation and client relationship abilities
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
• High emotional intelligence and storytelling instincts
• Weekend availability required

Preferred

• Experience with luxury weddings or all-inclusive venues
• Knowledge of lighting, AV, and live event production
• Familiarity with floral and event design execution
• Experience coordinating photographers and filmmakers
• CRM and production software experience
• Basic understanding of livestream and digital content production
