Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Flutter and Frontend Developer role based in Nagpur, with flexibility for partial work from home. The developer will design and build high-quality mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring clean architecture, maintainable code, and robust performance across Android and iOS. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile, integrating APIs, collaborating with designers and product teams, and participating in code reviews. The role also involves troubleshooting and optimizing existing features, writing unit and integration tests, and contributing to technical decisions that improve scalability and user experience. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical implementation with business and user needs.

Qualifications

Strong front-end development skills, including Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design, with experience building accessible, user-centric interfaces.
Solid web application foundation, covering Web Development and Software Development best practices (version control, testing, debugging, performance optimization).
Understanding of server communication patterns and Back-End Web Development concepts sufficient to integrate APIs and collaborate with backend teams.
Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile development, including state management and app deployment.
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) is an advantage.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Nagpur, manage time effectively, and collaborate with distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an interest in building products for students and education-focused partners.
