<p>As a <strong>Sr. Solutions Manager</strong>, you are an experienced people manager and senior-level solution strategist with a strong background in life and annuity operations, implementation, and enterprise technology ecosystems. You bring depth in solution definition, cross-functional collaboration, and client engagement, and you serve as a critical bridge between business needs and technical execution.</p>
<p>You lead a small team of Solutions Consultants/Managers, provide elevated guidance on complex solution efforts, and ensure the delivery of consistent, scalable, and client-aligned outcomes.</p>
<p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and mentor a small team of Solutions Consultants or Solutions Managers, guiding their professional development, solutioning skills, and delivery quality.</li>
<li>Provide coaching on requirements discovery, facilitation, documentation, and client engagement best practices.</li>
<li>Support hiring, onboarding, and capability-building activities for the team.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Solution Definition & Oversight</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and oversee solution scoping and requirements activities for complex clients or multi-track initiatives.</li>
<li>Ensure solution approaches are aligned to Zinnia’s architecture, product capabilities, and strategic direction.</li>
<li>Review and approve team-produced documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Client Engagement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a senior-level resource for client discussions, escalations, and alignment needs.</li>
<li>Translate client business objectives into structured, feasible solution recommendations.</li>
<li>Act as the voice of the customer during internal planning sessions to ensure end-to-end alignment.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and other capability areas to ensure solutions are feasible and well-integrated across functions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Sales or Pre-Sales when solutioning support is needed for strategic pursuits.</li>
<li>Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions to drive alignment, manage risks, and ensure holistic outcomes.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Process & Delivery Excellence</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure solutioning best practices, templates, and methodologies are followed across the team.</li>
<li>Identify process gaps and workflow improvements to increase efficiency and solution quality.</li>
<li>Promote consistency in requirements management, solution documentation, and internal knowledge sharing.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL NEED</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>10+ years of experience in business analysis, solutions consulting, implementations, or related roles within life insurance, annuities, financial services, or similar industries.</li>
<li>3+ years leading teams of consultants and managers, providing strategic guidance, performance coaching and development.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of operational processes, enterprise systems, and cross-functional interdependencies.</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, solution definition, and facilitation.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with standard productivity and requirements tools.</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience with Zinnia’s platforms, ecosystem, or implementation framework.</li>
<li>Demonstrated process improvement, change management, or workflow optimization experience.</li>
<li>Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and evolving client needs.</li>
