Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Manage day to day campaign performance including optimisation, budgeting, and scaling
- Develop performance marketing strategies focused on increasing ecommerce sales and return on ad spend
- Analyse campaign data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for growth
- Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimisation strategies
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high converting ad creatives
- Track and report performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Run continuous A B testing across ads, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies
- Ensure marketing campaigns contribute directly to revenue growth for our ecommerce businesses Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Professional certifications in Google Ads, Meta Advertising, or Digital Marketing are an added advantage
- Additional training or certifications in SEO, analytics, or performance marketing will be considered a strong plus
- 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid advertising and performance marketing
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing and conversion focused campaigns
- Experience managing and scaling advertising budgets while maintaining robust return on ad spend
- Good understanding of tracking tools, pixels, conversion APIs, and analytics platforms
- Solid knowledge of SEO including keyword research, on page optimisation, and improving organic search visibility
- Experience working with ecommerce brands or online stores is highly preferred
- Ability to analyze campaign and website data and turn insights into actionable strategies What We Are Looking For:
