Web Developer/Wordpress

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing well-designed, testable, and efficient code following web development best practices. You will be involved in designing, building, and maintaining websites and software applications. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Writing code that meets industry standards, is valid, properly structured, and compatible with various browsers, devices, and operating systems
• Performing UI design and coding, creating reusable objects, wireframes, and website layouts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks
• Collaborating with web designers to implement visual design intent
• Designing the overall architecture of web applications and translating UI/UX wireframes into visual elements
• Understanding the entire web development process, from design to development and deployment

Qualifications required for this role include:

• Excellent understanding of WordPress, Shopify, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Template Creation, and Plugin Creation
• Exposure to React and Figma would be beneficial
• Familiarity with Headless CMS, NextJs, Laravel, Scss, Tailwind, TSX, REST API, and Theme Creation
• Experience in building user interfaces for websites and web applications with responsive design
• Ability to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers by understanding CSS changes
• Proficiency in using code versioning tools like Git and web performance monitoring and auditing tools
• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and their impact on web performance
• UI/UX design experience and working knowledge of graphic design
• Familiarity with Agile and test-driven development best practices

In addition, experience with Figma and ReactJS would be advantageous for this role. Skills in WordPress, Laravel, Figma, SEO, WooCommerce, and Shopify are essential for this position.
