To learn more, go to <a href="https://www.zetaglobal.com">www.zetaglobal.com</a>.   THE ROLE  We’re looking for a storyteller and confident on-camera creator who can bring Zeta’s brand to life across our social channels.  You’ll pitch, produce, and edit social-first content that translates complex AI marketing ideas into clear, engaging stories. From concept through final cut, you’ll own the creative process — developing platform-native content that strengthens our brand and expands our reach.  As part of the Corporate Marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with our Social Media Manager and VP of Brand Editorial to shape and execute our social strategy. You’ll partner across the organization to spotlight our brand, customers, products, and culture — and help define how Zeta shows up in the world.  This role is based out of our New York City HQ.    Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Ideate and produce engaging, platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube </li> <li>Create short-form videos, Reels, Shorts, graphics, and copy that blend insight, personality, and brand voice </li> <li>Own the full production process — concepting, scripting, shooting, editing, and publish-ready delivery </li> <li>Proactively pitch new ideas, trends, and recurring content series that elevate our social presence </li> <li>Collaborate with employees at our NYC headquarters to host in-office shoots and culture-forward content </li> <li>Support senior leaders, including members of the C-suite, on social content creation when needed </li> <li>Partner with the Social Media Manager on the editorial calendar to align with campaigns, launches, and posting cadence </li> <li>Uphold and evolve Zeta’s social brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling approach in collaboration with the creative team </li> <li>Appear on camera as a face of the brand </li> </ul>   Who You Are  <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (B2B or technology experience preferred), or a relevant college degree </li> <li>A strong storyteller who understands how to capture attention in the first few seconds </li> <li>Comfortable on camera and confident directing others </li> <li>Highly creative with the ability to concept and execute across video, design, and copy </li> <li>Proficient in editing and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar) </li> <li>Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously </li> <li>Curious about AI and marketing technology — or eager to build fluency quickly </li> <li>Collaborative, proactive, and excited to experiment </li> </ul>   BENEFITS & PERKS <ul> <li>Unlimited PTO</li> <li>Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage</li> <li>Employee Equity</li> <li>Employee Discounts, Virtual Wellness Classes, and Pet Insurance And more!!</li> </ul>   SALARY RANGE The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000.00, depending on location and experience.  PEOPLE & CULTURE AT ZETA Zeta considers applicants for employment without regard to, and does not discriminate on the basis of an individual’s sex, race, color, religion, age, disability, status as a veteran, or national or ethnic origin; nor does Zeta discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.   We’re committed to building a workplace culture of trust and belonging, so everyone feels invited to bring their whole selves to work.
