The Senior Frontend Engineer will be joining the Analytics team of ZMP which has a highly distributed event pipeline and a stack that gets tens of thousands of messages per second</p> <p style="text-align: left;">As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for taking decisions around building a scalable web application with goal to improve the agility of developing web applications by enforcing reusability, consistency across user interfaces, and with a focus on improving the developer experience.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">You should have a deep knowledge of frontend libraries, restful APIs and must have an extensive frontend application design and development experience. You should be passionate about building high-performance web applications where the issues of throughput, performance, redundancy, and concurrency are paramount.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p> <p style="text-align: left;">As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be: </p> <ul> <li>Responsible for independently and cooperatively understanding business requirements, designing, and implementing core components for real-world marketing automation platform.&nbsp;</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Designing, implementing application code to satisfy product requirements</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Ensuring high product quality through rigorous code reviews and unit tests</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Fixing bugs and implementing enhancements</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Taking ownership of a significant product component in design and implementation</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: left;">We are looking for exceptional talent with superior academic credentials and a solid foundation in computer sciences and frontend application development experience.&nbsp;</li> <li style="text-align: left;">The candidate will have had at least 8 years of experience developing frontend web applications in React/Angular/Typescript/JavaScript/ES6 or equivalent languages.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">An undergraduate degree in Computer Science (or a related field) from a university where the primary language of instruction is English is strongly desired.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Strong communication skills in a large-distributed development team environment are essential.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Qualification:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: left;">BS or MS in Computer Science or related field</li> <li style="text-align: left;">8 -12 years of working experience with React/Angular/Typescript/JavaScript/ES6 or equivalent frontend programming languages.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Strong command over CSS</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Strong command over web development technologies and practices.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Experienced with code building tools like webpack, rollup etc.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Experience with modern frontend development and micro frontend architecture.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Experience in designing web application architecture for multi-tenant SaaS applications.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Experience with APIs and a strong understanding of HTTP and REST architecture.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Understanding of different network protocols like HTTP/HTTPS, HTTP2.0, Web Sockets etc.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Understanding of web servers (NGINX, Apache etc) and application servers.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Experience with backend focused languages like Go, NodeJS, Java, Python is a plus.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Experience in advertising domain is a plus.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Ability and desire to learn new skills and take on new tasks.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Company Summary</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Zeta Global is a NYSE listed data-powered marketing technology company with a heritage of innovation and industry leadership.
