Hiring: Digital Marketing Associate- Email and Whatsapp Marketing Specialist
Location: Noida (Sector 68) | Onsite 6 days
Experience: 1–4 Years
CTC: ₹30k per month
We’re hiring for a fast-growing performance marketing agency working with leading D2 C brands (primarily on Shopify). If you’re someone who understands lifecycle marketing, automation flows, and retention strategy — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Flow Management
- Build and optimize lifecycle flows: Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, etc.
- Manage segmentation, triggers, conditional logic, and A/B testing
- Track and improve flow performance (open rate, CTR, conversions)
Whats App Marketing
- Execute broadcast campaigns via tools like Interakt, Wati, Ai Sensy, Gupshup
- Create and manage approved message templates (HSM)
- Build automated flows (abandoned checkout, reorder nudges, etc.)
- Monitor engagement metrics and reduce opt-outs
Email Marketing
- Plan monthly campaign calendar aligned with launches & sales
- Write/brief high-conversion email copy
- Manage ESP tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, etc.)
- Ensure list hygiene, deliverability, and performance tracking
Retention & Analytics
- Build dashboards: LTV, repeat rate, churn, cohort analysis
- Create RFM segmentation and re-engagement strategies
- Align CRM data with paid retargeting campaigns
- Optimize post-purchase journey
Tools & Platform Management
- Own CRM/ESP tools and Shopify integrations
- Troubleshoot automation and API issues
- Stay updated with platform and compliance changes
✅ Must-Have Skills
- 2–5 years in Email/Whats App/Automation Marketing
- Hands-on experience with D2 C brands (Shopify preferred)
- Strong command over at least one ESP (Klaviyo/Mailchimp/Omnisend/Web Engage)
- Experience with Whats App API platforms
- Data-driven mindset (segmentation, reporting, cohorts)
- Ability to write or guide conversion-focused copy
➕ Good to Have
- Agency experience (multi-client handling)
- RFM modelling knowledge
- Understanding of paid retargeting
- Basic HTML/CSS
- SMS marketing experience
