Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :

● Own end-to-end inventory management across warehouses, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing stockouts and overstocking.

● Drive inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategies in collaboration with supply chain, category, and operations teams.

● Monitor and improve key inventory metrics such as fill rate, stock aging, shrinkage, inventory turns, and service levels.

● Deep dive into outbound inventory flows to ensure accurate order fulfillment, reduced picking errors, and minimal losses.

● Build and implement strong inventory audit mechanisms; work closely with inventory auditors to ensure high accuracy and compliance across facilities.

● Ensure adherence to planogram guidelines and optimize warehouse layout for better space utilization and faster operations.

● Identify process gaps and lead data-driven interventions to improve inventory accuracy, tracking, and efficiency.

● Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and drive continuous operational improvements.

● Lead initiatives to reduce wastage, manage slow-moving/NRV inventory, and optimize stock allocation across locations.

● Act as a key stakeholder across inbound, storage, reconciliation, and outbound processes to ensure seamless inventory flow.

Are you who we're searching for :

● 4–7 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, warehouse operations, or business analytics, preferably in e-commerce/quick commerce/retail.

● Strong understanding of inventory control practices, planogram execution, and outbound warehouse operations.

● Experience working with inventory audits, reconciliation processes, and shrinkage control.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and drive decisions.

● Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred).

● Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a high-paced environment.

● Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
