Marketing / Growth Lead

Own organic growth for a product-led SaaS (PLG) motion-driving users from Search + AI answers to self-serve signup/trial, improving activation, and increasing conversion to paid. You’ll lead SEO + AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) across technical SEO, content discoverability, and AI search visibility.

Build and execute the SEO + AEO strategy (technical SEO, on-page, content SEO, authority).

Own technical SEO: crawl/indexation, site architecture, CWV, redirects, canonicals, schema, sitemaps/robots, duplication.

Implement/QA structured data to improve machine readability and SERP/AI surfaces.

Track performance in GA4/GSC; Growth in non-brand organic traffic to priority pages

Better technical health (index coverage, CWV, crawl efficiency)

Strong technical SEO; comfortable partnering with dev/web teams.

Practical AEO experience (content structure, entities, schema, trust signals).

Data-first and experimentation mindset (CRO + analytics).
