About the Role
We’re seeking a data-driven and performance-focused Paid Ads Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our B2B SaaS solutions in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid optimization, and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing page recommendations.
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, and targeting to improve performance and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns align with business goals and acquisition targets.
- Support tracking, tagging, and attribution setup to ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance.
- Stay updated on advertising platform changes, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics, conversion tracking, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; ad platform certifications are a plus.
- Experience working on U.S.-focused campaigns is preferred.
