1) Placement Team - -Insurance Placement Executive
Salary ₹ 3,00,000 – ₹ 7,00,000 Per Annum (based on experience & current CTC)
About the role
You will be responsible for placing commercial insurance risks with suitable insurers, coordinating between clients and underwriters to ensure optimal coverage at competitive premiums. This role suits candidates with foundational insurance knowledge looking to build a career in placement.
Key responsibilities
· Analyze client risk profiles and identify appropriate insurance markets
· Liaise with insurance companies and underwriters for quotes and policy terms
· Prepare RFQs and placement slips
· Negotiate terms and premiums on behalf of clients
· Maintain accurate placement records and MIS reports
· Coordinate with the accounts team for premium reconciliation
· Support renewal tracking and timely policy endorsements
Requirements
· Graduate in any discipline
· Basic knowledge of commercial insurance products (fire, marine, liability, engineering)
· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in an insurance company or broking firm
· Familiarity with IRDAI regulations and policy wordings is a plus
· Good communication and negotiation skills

About the role
A senior client-facing role where you will be the single point of contact for an allocated portfolio of corporate clients. You will manage end-to-end insurance requirements — from risk assessment and placement to claims coordination — ensuring exceptional service and long-term retention.
Key responsibilities
· Own and manage the complete insurance programme for allotted corporate clients
· Conduct periodic client reviews and risk assessment meetings
· Handle renewals, endorsements, and mid-term policy changes proactively
· Coordinate with placement and claims teams for seamless client experience
· Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing client base
· Ensure timely issuance of policies and premium receipts
· Resolve escalations and complaints within defined TATs
· Prepare and present annual insurance program reviews to client leadership
Requirements
· Graduate / Postgraduate in any field; MBA preferred
· Minimum 4–8 years work experience in insurance broking or insurance company in a client servicing role
· Strong working knowledge of all lines — property, liability, marine, health, and group covers
· Demonstrated ability to independently manage a revenue book of ₹50L+ per annum
· Excellent client relationship management and presentation skills
· IRDA Broking License is an added advantage
· Experience handling mid to large corporates in the Hyderabad / AP / Telangana market preferred
