Role Overview

Seeking a Production Support Engineer with strong SQL and development experience to support applications in a production environment. The role involves incident resolution, root cause analysis, minor enhancements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Exposure to or willingness to learn Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for business-critical applications.

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.

Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

Develop and deploy minor enhancements, patches, and bug fixes.

Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts.

Monitor application performance and ensure system stability.

Support release deployments and perform post-deployment validation.

Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.

Learn and support WMS-related workflows, integrations, and data processes.

Required Skills

Strong SQL expertise (query writing, performance tuning, joins, indexing, stored procedures).

Hands-on experience in application development (any language such as Java, .NET, or similar).

Experience in production support within enterprise environments.

Good understanding of incident management and ticketing tools.

Strong troubleshooting and analytic
