Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Kottayam. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing effective employer branding strategies, collaborating with department leads to determine staffing needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and talent acquisition processes
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Evaluating candidates
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Linkedln etc.)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Good understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, basic labor laws)
- Strong expertise in Hiring and Recruitment operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
